Damage to and theft of property
Whilst the vast majority of our guests treat their accommodation with respect, very occasionally, we have had problems with serious damage to property and theft of contents. In order to ensure that other guests do not suffer (through higher costs) we always ensure that damages and thefts are paid for by the perpetrators and where necessary, the police are informed.
